Role Overview

DCK Group is a leading fashion jewellery company, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. As a Retail Assistant, you will provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
