Training Program Lead

At Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, we are seeking a skilled Training Program Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective training solutions that meet the company's training program requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop classroom and e-learning training programs.
- Determine optimal training solutions that adhere to Draeger's training program.
- Train other staff members to perform tasks effectively while meeting compliance requirements.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and implement training profiles upon employees' hire, promotion, or expansion of responsibilities.
- Develop training materials, including creating instructional video and audio recordings, to train employees on HR Compliance areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant systems-focused training role.
- General knowledge of training administration practices, techniques, and standards.
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office products.
