Job Title: Fire and Security Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a Fire and Security Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical management of small and large projects across the Marlowe portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical management of projects, including planning, installation, and commissioning of fire and security systems.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure programme deadlines are achieved while maintaining profitability, health, safety, and quality.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control.
  • Line management of engineers and subcontractors, including employee management.
  • Controlling all aspects of health and safety on sites.
  • Providing technical expertise as required on projects.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry.
  • Experience of engineering projects across single and multiple site locations.
  • Technical knowledge of major fire and security systems.
  • Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work well in a team environment or on their own.
