About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our team, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional dishes in high-pressure environments. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, working closely with the General Manager to drive business growth, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the General Manager to take the business to new heights
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during high-pressure periods
  • Contribute to menu development and food innovation, staying ahead of culinary trends
  • Oversee the training and development of junior team members within your section
  

Requirements
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional dishes. A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead when necessary. Passionate about using seasonal, high-quality ingredients to create innovative dishes.
