Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for carrying out deliveries to customer delivery points, maintaining high levels of hygiene and housekeeping standards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a maximum of two deliveries per day to the customer delivery points, following all relevant store and non-store delivery procedures as per company and customer policies.
  • Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and housekeeping standards within the depot, vehicle, and trailer assigned for daily duties.
  • Regularly inspect the vehicle for defects and wear and tear, and report any issues promptly to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork within the given timeframe, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence with C category.
  • Less than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements).
  • An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiative.
