Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding part-time role? Do you have experience in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work? We are seeking a skilled Part-time Handyman to join our Facilities team in Beaconsfield.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes conducting daily checks on fire escape doors, maintaining locks and hinges, and keeping pathways clear. You will also perform minor handy work, such as fixing drawers and tightening screws, as well as checking carpets for wear and tear and replacing them when necessary.

You will be required to attend to monthly Health and Safety and Fire Safety checks at our other two locations, which means you must have a full driving license and own a car. Additionally, you will need to assist with deliveries and portage, conduct fire alarm tests, and emergency lighting flick tests.

Requirements:

- Relevant trade qualifications or experience in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

- Friendly, approachable demeanor

- Full driving license and ability to drive larger vehicles, such as Luton vans
