About the Role
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a visually appealing store display and accurate stock levels
