Job Overview
As a seasoned professional in third-party governance, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise across material and complex third-party relationships. This role is expected to drive improved operational resiliency and service delivery in a commercially optimal manner.

About the Role
This is a contract position that requires a strong understanding of supplier relationship management principles and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex and strategic third-party relationships, with a proven track record of developing proactive risk management strategies and negotiating contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop supporting frameworks and processes to enable business colleagues in identifying, onboarding, and managing important suppliers
- Lead business colleagues to define, optimise, and uplift contractual agreements, service levels, and effective governance processes
- Manage inputs required from, and provide a point of coordination between key stakeholders, including IT Service Management, Business and IT Service Owners, Procurement, and Legal

Requirements
- Strong experience in managing complex and strategic third-party relationships
- Knowledge and experience of best practices in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) principles
- Demonstrable experience across development of joining strategies for mutual benefit, working with suppliers to develop proactive risk management strategies, service and performance management, and contract management

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £700 per day, paid through an umbrella company.
