Job Opportunity: Regional Manager

NCF Living is a rapidly expanding furniture chain in the UK, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead a cluster of stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Retail and Senior Management to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and develop high-performing store teams, ensuring effective leadership and coaching to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Ensure all stores are meeting and exceeding sales targets and growth objectives through regular monitoring and review of KPIs.
  • Effective communication between Head Office and stores to ensure important messages are understood and acted upon in a timely manner.
  • Recruitment and talent management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of stores, including staff planning, appraisals, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a group of stores or multiple locations for over 2 years.
  • Recruitment and talent management expertise.
  • Strong sales and retail background.
  • Ability to manage people and maintain a clear distinction between yourself and subordinates.
  • Confidence in handling difficult conversations.
  • Effective communication at all levels.
  • Awareness of KPIs, expectations, and deadlines.
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills.
  • Honesty and integrity.
