Job Title: Senior Talent Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Manager to join our team at Sony PlayStation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent in machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Manage a team of machine learning researchers and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their professional goals
  • Contribute to the development of the overall functional leadership process within Future Technology Group
  • Champion inclusivity and diversity, creating a work environment where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered to give their unique perspectives and talents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
  • Proven experience in leading a team of researchers or developers, preferably with a focus on machine learning related projects
  • Experience in recruitment and retention strategies, with a track record of attracting and developing top talent in machine learning
  • Interest in gaming and exploring the intersection of machine learning and game technology
