Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team at E3 Recruitment.

About the Role: As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art Bystronic laser machines in a quality-critical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate laser machines to fabricate and weld metal components
* Work independently from engineering drawings and instructions
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in your work
* Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any issues or concerns

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £41,450.97 per annum
* 4-day working week
* 28 days' holiday allowance rising to 33 days per annum
* Statutory pension scheme
* Permanent employment after a 12-week agency period

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Laser Operator or similar title
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus
* Experience working on Bystronic laser machines is desirable but not essential

Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 17:00-05:00
* Overtime is available
