Companion Care Assistant

Job Summary: We're seeking a dedicated and caring Companion Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a key member of our support staff, you'll provide companionship and assistance to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.
About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and preferences. Your duties will include accompanying clients on outings, engaging in activities and hobbies, and providing emotional support and reassurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities and hobbies
- Assist with light housekeeping and domestic tasks
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks
- Support clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but a caring and empathetic nature is essential
- You must be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Able to travel to client locations using public transport or your own vehicle
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £25,500 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, Benefits and Well-being Platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), Refer a friend scheme, Cycle to work scheme, and Eligible for Blue Light Card, with access to more than 15,000 discounts nationwide.
