Voyage Care Support Worker Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Voyage Care Support Worker to join our team in Castle Cary.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- To empower clients to make informed decisions about their lives and choices.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time opportunity with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate can expect to work Monday through Sunday, with typical shifts ranging from 08:00 to 20:30.
Salary and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this role is £12.30. You will also receive enhanced evening pay of 50p per hour and premium overtime rates of £1 per hour.
