Key Responsibilities:
  • **Oversee and Manage Warehouse Operations:** Ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the warehouse and distribution facilities.
  • **Leadership and Team Management:** Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to warehouse staff, and oversee three warehouse managers responsible for day-to-day operations.
  • **Logistics and Supply Chain Management:** Oversee air and ocean import/export operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing, and manage logistics warehouse distribution to optimize inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • **Compliance and Regulatory Management:** Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CAA and Air Export legislations, and maintain and manage customs bonded warehouse operations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Process Improvement:** Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and systems, and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • **Safety, Quality, and Cost-Effectiveness:** Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness, and monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
Requirements:
  • **Minimum of 7-10 years of experience** in warehouse management within the logistics, supply chain, or customs bonded industry.
  • **Extensive knowledge** of air and ocean import/export operations.
  • **Strong understanding** of CAA and Air Export legislations and compliance requirements.
  • **Proven leadership and team management skills**.
  • **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**.
  • **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities**.
  • **Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis**.
  • **Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings**.
  • **Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software**.
