We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at KP Snacks' Leominster factory. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate complex equipment to ensure efficient production and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Perform daily routines, checks, and report defects to ensure seamless production.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production targets and goals.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in manufacturing and food safety.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable).
  • Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided).
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy in English.
  • The ability to take ownership and accountability.
  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
  • The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
