About this role

We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team at Vets For Pets Careers. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team, and driving business growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver great customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement changes.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or veterinary practice management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource management.

What we offer

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
