As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in supporting students in a school setting.

Our NTAP program provides comprehensive training and on-the-job experience, enabling you to build a successful career as a Teaching Assistant. You will work closely with experienced educators and participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

To be considered for this role, you should have a passion for working with children and a commitment to improving outcomes. A background in education or child-related fields is desirable but not essential. We encourage applications from individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills.

The salary for this position is approximately £8-13 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Our team offers excellent daily rates paid weekly, pension contributions, and opportunities for professional development through free training programs.
