About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team as a Duty Pharmacy Manager. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that we provide exceptional patient care and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure that we deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our pharmacy team.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients and customers.
