We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative central team in XPO Logistics. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading a wide range of projects, including new warehouse and transport operations start-ups.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Project Leadership
Establish a solid foundation for projects from onset to deployment, ensuring a clear understanding of scope, deliverables, approach, and critical success factors.

Project Coordination
Lead and manage project schedules using tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software.

Stakeholder Management
Update senior stakeholders on project progress and accountability for project timelines and spend.

Risk Management
Manage risks, issues, and project scope & deliverables, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Team Collaboration
Coordinate, motivate, and support workstream leads and operational resources to achieve project deliverables through task progression and completion.

Requirements
Highly experienced within warehouse and supply chain projects.
Ability to manage the whole project lifecycle delivery, from tender through to go-live.
Proven experience of leading and coordinating solution design, build, and commissioning activities of automated warehouse and ecommerce operating solutions.
The ability to engage with various stakeholders, including senior management and executive stakeholders of the client and business.
The ability to ensure the smooth delivery of projects by managing contractors and 3rd party suppliers.
Transitioning planning experience and supporting the process through the cutover processes involved in moving operations between providers.
