Trade Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Branch Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our trade branches.
About the Role:- Lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve branch performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with regional teams to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
- Proven track record of sales leadership and team management in a trade or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to different locations as required.
- Competitive basic salary of £33,415 per year.
- Excellent monthly bonus scheme, with the potential to earn up to £43,399 per year.
