Fitness and Wellbeing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitness and wellbeing services, including our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality services to our members
- Develop and implement fitness programs and services to meet the needs of our members
- Oversee the sales and marketing of our fitness services, including personal training and group classes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and improve site standards and team performance to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets through effective sales and marketing strategies
