Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health. The successful candidate will work within a Mental Health and Addiction rehab hospital in South East London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and care for patients with a range of mental health conditions, including treatment for depression and drug and alcohol addiction.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a safe and inclusive environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) and valid NMC registration.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Mental Health Nurse in the UK.
  • Strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
  • A positive attitude, naturally caring and compassionate, with a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
