We are now seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our pastoral team as a Pastoral Learning Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify areas of need and develop targeted support plans for students.
  • To provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
  • To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a school setting, preferably in a pastoral or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
