Job Description:
Regulatory Risk Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of the compliance department, you will play a critical role in preventing and detecting financial crime. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial crime matters.
  • Review and assess financial crime related documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in writing policies and procedures to prevent and detect financial crime.
  • Escalate relevant issues to the manager of the area.
  • Contribute to building control frameworks to proactively prevent or detect financial crime.
  • Stay up-to-date with new financial crime legislation and regulations.
  • Collate relevant management information and reports.
  • Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission.
  • Participate in relevant financial crime training.

Requirements:
  • Broad financial crime experience from a banking environment, including financial crime advisory experience.
  • Understanding and practical ability to apply the management of financial crime risks.
  • Able to independently conduct reviews of complex referrals.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of making logical assessments based on factual data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
