Care Home Lifestyle Coordinator Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and sociable individual to join our team as a Care Home Lifestyle Coordinator at Glenabbey Manor.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by coordinating engaging activities, events, and programs that promote social interaction, wellness, and enjoyment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities, including outings, entertainment, and educational programs

• Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of care services

• Maintain accurate records and reports on resident participation and feedback

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with 40 hours per week

• Competitive hourly rate of £11.50
