Workforce Planner

We are working on behalf of a Housing association, seeking an experienced Workforce Planner for a role in Kingston. The ideal candidate will have a background in social housing and experience in coordinating repairs and maintenance activities.

This position involves managing repair budgets and resources efficiently, as well as coordinating repair schedules to meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Providing solutions to complex problems and contributing to process improvements
