About the Role

DivalentineCalver Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in West London. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing daily stock control operations and ensuring that all stock procedures and audit requirements are respected.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing business environment, where you will support the overall business regarding stock and administrative functions. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movements
  • Coordinate safe-transit practice with key management teams
  • Track stock in-transit receipt and alert key management when high levels of stock movement are actioned
  • Oversee and organize stock inventory and investigate any discrepancies
  • Prepare and allocate stock for stores, meetings, and exhibitions
