About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Controller to join our team. As a Commercial Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support to our business. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand our financial performance and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Cost of Goods Analysis: Analyze and optimize our cost of goods to improve profitability.
  • Monthly Forecast Cycle: Lead the monthly forecast cycle, working closely with stakeholders to provide the latest insights.
  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Planning: Take ownership of AOP planning, modeling, and reporting.
  • Medium to Longer-Term Planning: Support the development of our 5-year Value Creation Plan.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our commercial finance team, Central Finance, and other company functions to improve total performance.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified accountant with 3 years of PQE and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or controlling.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, independent thinking, and strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Experience: Proven track record of growth mindset and driving process improvements in a complex business environment.
