About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, NVQ/SVQ Level 3, and experience with building maintenance. Key responsibilities include supporting other technicians with maintenance work, completing PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules, prioritizing and completing minor maintenance and repairs, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring high-quality work with company and client colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications: NVQ/SVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent. Experience with building maintenance and a strong electrical background are essential for this role.
