About the Job

This is a temporary position with a minimum duration of 3-5 months, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals with project management experience or administration background to develop their skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all required documentation for tenders is complete, working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Tender data collection and submission: You will be responsible for gathering and preparing all necessary information for tenders, ensuring timely submission.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills: With multiple projects running concurrently, you must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration and communication: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with our team members to ensure all tasks are completed within set timeframes.

Benefits
