About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Bank Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and hospitality to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all residents
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Support the catering manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen
About You

We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and has a caring approach. You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen. Previous experience in a commercial or care setting would be an advantage, but formal qualifications are not necessary.
