About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support teachers and help children achieve their full potential in a dynamic and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, promoting social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of the class teacher, ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents, and contributing to the development of individualized education plans.
  • Support classroom management and behaviour support, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a strong understanding of child development and the primary curriculum.
  • Proven experience working in a primary school setting, particularly within EYFS, KS1, or KS2, with a focus on supporting teachers and promoting pupil progress.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and pupils.
  • A patient, caring, and adaptable approach, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
