Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Advanced Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in our manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and data analysis to identify areas for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure effective resolution of issues
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements
  • Provide daily quality support to our NPI team and operations teams
  • Perform internal audits against ISO 9001 and customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and records
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of quality standards and process requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP type MRP systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6-Sigma background
  • HNC in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
  • Internal auditor certification
