Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Lead customer projects from inception to deployment, ensuring seamless transitions and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Design and deliver training programs, webinars, and product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge and adoption.
  • Produce high-quality client-facing materials, such as how-to guides and feature spotlights, to support customer success.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage customer projects, capturing requirements, visiting clients, monitoring progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Advocate for best practices in product and customer service, driving excellence across the organization.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong bias for action and a can-do attitude.
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with experience managing and resolving conflicts.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder expectations into clear requirements and specifications.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic, with a passion for building professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong skills in critical tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking systems (Jira and Confluence desirable).
  • Knowledge of SAAS platforms and apprenticeships advantageous.
  • Experience in Agile, software sales, and implementation, or project management desirable.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel UK-wide.
