Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care to patients, both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. This role will enhance the quality of life for patients and their families, consulting and collaborating with other healthcare providers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in continuous improvement and evidence-based practice to advance nursing care
• Maintain and advance own clinical competence through ongoing education and training

East Kootenay Regional Hospital is a 77-bed regional referral centre serving over 80,000 people. The hospital offers 24/7 emergency services, a state-of-the-art ICU, and a range of medical services, including general surgery, urology, and orthopedics.
