This unique position comes with flexible working hours, industry-leading training opportunities, and more excellent benefits. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) who can demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and has a background in neuro or complex care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the MDT on shift
  2. Observations & competency assessments
  3. Utilize complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care
  4. Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing
  5. Support the service during an exciting phase of transformation

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
  • Ward Manager experience preferred
  • Background in neuro or complex care
