We are seeking an experienced solicitor/legal executive/Cilex or Paralegal to join our team in the private client department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing caseload, dealing with probate, drafting wills and LPAs, and administering estates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload and supervise secretarial and support staff
  • Value assets and liabilities of estates, extract Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
  • Draft legal documents, including wills and lasting powers of attorney
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide accurate legal advice
Requirements:
