About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Advisor.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and contract administration.

You will also be involved in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Collaborate with the HR team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related activities


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in an education or training environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
