About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Prescot Tesco Extra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and contributing to the success of our toy retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing accuracy, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering toy-related questions, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy aisles and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm, with varying shift patterns and days.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and take pride in your work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of toys and games, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
