Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team at GRIP SYSTEMS LIMITED. As a key member of our small but vibrant team, you will be responsible for maximizing key metrics for the business through effective management of stock and freight movements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound freight of goods on a global level, working closely with freight forwarding partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee stock integrity, physical inventory checks, and quality checks at our global warehouses to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Process returns and manage quarantine stocks, ensuring seamless returns processing and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Assist with equipment serial number processing and machinery repairs, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Attend Senior Management Team meetings to provide updates on logistics operations and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the team on R&D projects, developing new products and launching them to market, while maintaining great customer relationships and assisting with procurement.
Requirements:
  • You must be a self-motivated individual with experience in a transport or operations position, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with excellent computer literacy and attention to detail.
