About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Support Worker to join our team in Hull. In this role, you will work closely with children and families who require support and guidance, providing emotional and practical support, and collaborating with other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • To provide high-quality care and support to children and their families.
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
