N Family Club: Assistant Educator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Educator to join our team at N Family Club in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality education and care to young children.
About the Role
This role involves working closely with our nursery staff to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment that supports the development of children's physical, emotional, and cognitive skills. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom space that promotes learning and exploration
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £23,800 - £25,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., BEd, BA Hons, DipBA)
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Possession of a valid DBS check
