We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Management Administrator to join our team at Absolutely Recruitment. As an Account Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our account management function.
Key Responsibilities:- Administration Tasks: Prepare and send packs to clients prior to delivery, assist in monitoring and managing client services and insurance reminders, and produce client-related reports and manage client administration.
- Client Communication: Assist in the preparation of contract review presentation documentation and administer and report on company activities.
- Product and Filing Administration: Undertake tasks and administration relating to products and filing of documents, and process daily invoicing efficiently and accurately.
- Administration Skills: Proven administration skills and experience, with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office and able to problem solve and think outside the box.
- Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team successfully, with a positive, proactive, and flexible outlook.
