We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Goldsmiths, a leading luxury watch and jewellery retailer. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Showroom Manager in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Showroom Manager in leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent client experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness
