We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager with a background in panel wiring to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical workshop and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects for clients such as the NHS, manufacturing plants, and Football stadiums.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians
Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with clients to understand their electrical needs and deliver tailored solutions
Develop and implement efficient workshop processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
Provide training and development opportunities for team members
