Electrical Control and Instrumentation Specialist

Provectus Recruitment is excited to offer this incredible opportunity for an EC&I engineer to join an innovative, well-funded start-up in Cambridge, that has pioneered novel technology that will be used to transform the energy market by using waste-heat to create sustainable fuels.
You will be joining a highly scientific business that is about to enter the production phase of their product. This position will allow the candidate complete autonomy to develop the Electrical Control & Instrumentation elements in whichever way they deem suitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Electrical, Control & Instrumentation designs, focusing on electrical safety, compliance, quality, reliability & cost.
- Electrical safety
- Software design specs
- Instrumentation schedules
- Process & Instrumentation Designs (P&ID)
- Cable schedules
- Logic diagrams
- Safety cases
- FAT Testing of finished systems
