About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to lead our new Cyber Security Team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's protection from Cyber and Information security risks, compliance with relevant legislation, and adherence to security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Cyber Security strategies to safeguard our IT infrastructure, internal and customer-facing applications, and tech-related tools.
  • Identify new requirements and areas for improvement as the business continues to expand, ensuring our Cyber Security posture remains robust and effective.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to communicate Cyber Security best practices and ensure seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future threats to business Cyber Security, as well as mitigation and prevention strategies, to inform our security approach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Security Technology Design Authority, with a strong understanding of Cloud Security principles and experience with AWS or GCP.
  • Implementation of Cyber and Information security standards, such as NIST, MITRE, and OWASP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users and stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications, such as CTIA, CISSP, or similar.
  • Experience in large-scale multi-site business models.
  • Prior commercial experience in retail, marketplace, or E-commerce environments.
