Job Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of Private Client law, including Wills, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, and Executries and Guardianships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Private Client law to clients
  • Prepare and execute Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other Private Client documents
  • Assist with Estate Planning and administration
  • Represent clients in court proceedings related to Private Client law

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of Private Client law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
