Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Laundry Equipment Engineer to join our team at Laundry365. As a key member of our service network, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial laundry equipment, dishwashers, and bedpan washers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance and longevity
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Deliver high-quality service to customers, ensuring their equipment is running efficiently and effectively
  • Travel to various client sites, sometimes at short notice, for installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Manage travel schedules effectively to maximize productivity
  • Install commercial laundry equipment, dishwashers, and bedpan washers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Gas Safe registered technician
  • Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial laundry equipment, dishwashers, and bedpan washers
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules and job requirements
  • Valid driver's license
