ALM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ALM Manager to join our team at Together Financial Services Limited. As an ALM Manager, you will play a critical role in managing financial risks to which our company is exposed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of the financial risks to which our company is exposed, with a focus on interest risk and liquidity risk.
- Monitor interest rate exposure and total accessible liquidity, as well as internal and external factors that may impact these risks.
- Assist in managing the Asset and Liabilities Committee portfolio, including writing minutes, tracking actions, and producing insightful papers to aid the committee's understanding of financial risk.
- Support the management of capital, liquidity, interest rate, hedging, and other balance sheet risks through reporting against appetite and modeling forward-looking scenarios.
- Collaborate with the Treasury function to ensure effective risk management.
- Experience in using and developing financial models.
- Ability to extract, sort, and analyze data from various sources.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- High attention to detail and high standards of accuracy and precision.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while being well-organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
- Strong analytical reasoning skills to think through problems thoroughly and generate solutions.
